Identify a cross-functional problem in your company that could be solved with AI / ToqanClaw. Think big picture — the impact this could have for your function and organization — and bring it with you to the bootcamp. We’ll handle the platform and tools together during the week.

Start from the pain, not the solution
What frustrates you the most in your day-to-day work? What takes too long, involves too many manual steps, or makes you think "there must be a better way"? Start there.
Be specific
Instead of "improve communication", try "every Monday I spend 2 hours compiling updates from 5 different sources into a single report for my director". The more concrete, the better.
Think about who benefits
A great problem to solve is one where the solution helps not just you, but your team or even other areas of the company. Cross-functional impact is what makes a Multiplier.
Check if AI can actually help
AI is great at: summarizing, extracting, classifying, generating drafts, connecting data sources, and automating repetitive decisions. If your problem involves any of these, you are on the right track.
Size it right
Pick something you can prototype in a few hours, not a full enterprise transformation. A well-scoped problem might be: "automate the weekly status email my team sends every Friday" or "build a dashboard that pulls data from 3 spreadsheets".
Bring context
When you arrive, be ready to explain: what the problem is, who it affects, how it is done today, and what "good" looks like. The more context you bring, the faster you will build.
